VPN won’t connect
Confirm your internet works without VPN, select Auto Server, and try again. If one route fails, try Optimized and then Standard.

Connection is slow
Choose a nearby city, try Direct first, and temporarily switch between Wi‑Fi and cellular to identify the affected network.
Restore Premium
Open Premium and tap Restore Purchases while signed in to the same Apple Account used for the original purchase.
Cancel a subscription
Open iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Beam VPN, then choose Cancel Subscription. Deleting the app does not cancel billing.
Remove the VPN profile
Open iOS Settings → General → VPN & Device Management → VPN, select Beam VPN, and remove the configuration.
Advertising and tracking
The free experience may contain ads. Apple tracking permission and regional consent choices control personalized advertising where applicable.
